Hello, My name is Sherri, I am 38 yrs. old with two sons, 16 & 9. I was in a horrible wreck September 16, 2000, my brain, pelvis & bladder were split into. I was in a coma 3 1/2 months and in the hospital 5 months. I had to learn how to eat, walk, talk, think, hug, and smile all over again. My soon to be ex-husband was drunk one night and was trying to scare me when he findout that I knew that he was flirting with other girls and was going over 70 mph in a 25 mph zone and hit a tree right in front of my house. Nothing happened to him. The tree fell on top of the truck on my side and all of the glass fell on me. My heart stopped 3 times and I was not proulthing. My know that I am not spelling that right. I remember going to the gates of heaven and telling Jesus my sins on earth and I was so embarrassed. Jesus told me "Sherri, I am not ready for you in heaven yet so I am going to give you a second chance on earth." I said "Thank you Jesus, I love you." I am here today to praise Jesus for giving a second chance on earth. I got baptised when I was 10 years old, but I did things as an adult that I am so sorry for doing the bad things on earth that I did. Having to remember my sons names was hard and my family names, friends, were I worked and what I did. There are some things I still don't remember, and I know it is going to take some time.
