1994 working at new ball park in Arlington Texas , while we were building it. fell in hole hit head, 3 weeks later went into hosp. slow bleed at base of brain had caused swelling. after 5 day dr ordered mri this showed the problem. dr informed wife i needed surgery asap, had stroke on table went into coma 1 mo. intensive care 30 days, woke up and did not remember acc. 2 yrs p. t. tried to return to work. was not able. i had memory and balance problems. as i was an electrician this was not good, could not remember if it was off or not. this was not good, could not see whole job any longer,running crews no longer possible. retired to ssdi on my place in Texas. its getting better but i really want to do what i love and that is large const. electrical.
