A Place to Go

Do you need a place to go?

A friend to see and hear your woes?

Or maybe a Fathers loving touch

Letting you know you mean so much.

So great it is to be wrapped in those gentle arms

That keeps you safe, away from harm.

So if you need a place to go,

Or a friend to see and hear your woes,

Consider Jesus, our Lord above

Who showers upon you all His love.

Debt

When the day is done, when the lights are out

I close my eyes and think about

The only reason I am here today

Is because of a price my Lord did pay

He paid with each painful strike

And finally paid with His Life

All ye people praise His name

For in His debt we will remain.

Sometimes I Fall

I may stumble and sometimes fall.

But my God is with me throughout it all

As my trials and fears start to form

I know my Jesus will calm the storm.

So I will proudly lift up my head and say

My God can beat yours any DAY.

I believe in Jesus (my faith is strong)

I praise my savior all the day long.

As I bend my aching, weary knees

His Spirit flows over and refreshes me

Filling me up and making me whole

Renewing my body as He renews my soul.

Jesus Is

Jesus is my Lord and God

Only Him I will proclaim

For when the devil tells me false

Jesus stays the same.

He is a great and mighty King

And greatly to be given praise

For when that mighty trumpet blows

Up to Him I will be raised.

To join the Son in fellowship

With all the other saints

Bowing before the Mighty God

Giving Him all the thanks.

Time To Pray

Through all of my problems

All through the day

I find it so hard

To find time to pray

So when I find time

To get on my knees

I beg my sweet Jesus

To forgive my soul, please.

Yet, I moan and I groan

Kneeling there on the floor

Not from His presence

But because the comfort is so poor.

Then I remember

The day my savior did die

He knew not the slightest comfort

Many tears He did cry.

All for this sinner

Kneeling here on the floor.

Who no longer complains

Of the discomfort she endures
