Visual arts, artworks, writings, poetry, lyrics, stories and articles submitted to this site have been graciously supplied by artists, authors, song writers, poets, individuals who wish to share their informative and valuable knowledge. “Artists with Brain Injuries” has displayed these visual arts, artworks, writings, poetry, lyrics, stories and articles because we believed them be helpful for survivors of traumatic or acquired brain injury or any other neurological disorders, caregivers, family and friends of survivors, professionals, humanitarians and readers seeking an understanding of the impact of brain injuries or neurological disorders on our loved ones. Concepts, strategies and varied applications of the arts by survivors are an inspiration to anyone that has a loved one who are gifted in the humanities of the arts and have survived, traumatic brain injury (TBI) or acquired brain injury (ABI) or any other neurological disorder of the brain. We may not necessarily endorse a specific point of view, nevertheless they are displayed to encourage, inspire, motivate and touch the lives of all those that have crossed our path upon us experiencing our trauma and assisted directly or indirectly in our recovery, and thus bringing awareness, education and advocacy as to many varying individuals who beat all odds despite the fact we all were told there was no chance of recovery.
