July 31,2002 my son fell 25 feet off a mall. He had a right severe brain injury. 3 broken bones c2,c5,c7. Also a lot of broken bones. They had to do right brain surgury,they removed a little of the tissue that had been damaged, and also to give the rest of the brain room to swell. He would not have lived if they didn't do brain surgury.Now he is home until they put a plate on the right side. They did put the skull back on and it got infected. So he does alright He is smart He does have short memory loss.He is taking therepy now, It is going good, he is walking on a cane but still has to be held up by a belt. His left side has been affected because of the brain injury.But what is so bad is the way his girlfriend done him. Even while he was in trama she was out running around on him. She said she had her on life to live. He gets so lonely around here. He doesn't have many friends, He mostly stayed with his girlfriend and they were together for 3 years.But anyone that can give him some support i would like to hear from you.
